printers equipped with SD Express Printing across the Internet. Data encryption

how SD Express Printing
The SD Express Printing logic Module is inserted into the DIMM slot in any
HP laserJet printer with HP Chai capabilities. The SD Express Printing client encryption
software is installed on the PCs of authorized users located anywhere on the web, or within

Users simply set their application to output to the remote printer the same way they select
any other printer. The SD Express Printing software automatically encrypts the data
and e-mails it to the printer. When the printer receives the data, an e-mail is sent to the user
to confirm receipt. To ensure the security and integrity of the data during transmission, or in
the printer queue, the data is only decrypted as it is printed. If, for whatever reason, the
document is sent or rerouted to the wrong printer, the output is unreadable.
