Question:  What Technical Support is offered by the Landscape Printing Systems Limited?

Answer:  Both Retail and Business Customers have access to our Support Desk, offering high quality advice and instruction on the resolution of any problems that you may encounter. Email: Repairs@laserjet.co.uk 

Question:  If I encounter a problem with one of your Gold Products, how do I resolve it?

Answer:  "Gold" standard products carry full HP one year warranty cover, having been tested and certified to "as new" standards. If you receive an issue with any gold product within the first 30 days, we will be happy to repair , swap out or refund the item. Past this point HP will cover the remaining 11 months.
Additional carepacks are also available for purchase to obtain extended warranty cover.
