Shipping & Returns

New goods from HP distribution are delivered on a next-business-day basis. Delivery of HP Gold Product is normally within two business days.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the goods you have purchased and feel that it is necessary to return them please see our returns policy below. This does not affect your statutory rights.

No returns are accepted over 1 month from date of dispatch, or once items are printed or processed in any way.

Any shortages or non-delivery must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt.

Ownership of all goods remain the property of Landscape Printing Systems until all goods are paid for in full.

If you have an item that is faulty or an item that was delivered to you in error, please contact us via email or on 02392 063 350 as soon as possible and we will issue a returns number. We will arrange collection and a full refund/exchange.

Perfect returns should be authorised by our returns department and with a confirmed returns reference code. All perfect returns will be subject to a 20% handling charge.

Any refunds may take 2-3 working days to process and are subject to prior approval.
