How are Factory Outlet products Different from other new hardware?
If you were to place a Factory Outlet product next to a new item there would be no difference except for the page count. Before shipping each Factory Outlet product as part of the quality testing process, we run a limited number of pages through each machine to ensure they are in complete working order.

Where does Factory Outlet Stock originate from?
HP Factory Outlet products are shipped to us from HP as cancelled orders, boxed damaged, end of line, excess stock and ex-demo equipment. These devices are thoroughly tested once they arrive with us by HP-certified engineers. All products have been tested and certified to 'as-new' standard.
Do they come with supplies?
We ensure that all Factory Outlet products leave our warehouse with the consumables being at least 70% full.
How do you test Factory Outlet Gold Stock?
When Factory Outlet Gold Stock arrives at our warehouse, they are immediately assessed by our team of experienced and qualified HP engineers.
Are these products covered by HP warranty?
HP Gold products carry full HP one-year warranty cover, having been tested and certified to 'as-new' standard. If you receive an issue with any Gold product within the first 30 days, we will be happy to repair, swap out or refund the item. Past this point HP will cover the remaining 11 months warranty.
Additional HP Carepacks are also available for purchase to obtain extended warranty cover after the initial warranty term.

Are these products shipped in Original HP Packaging?
When a Factory Outlet product is shipped from our warehouse we ensure that it is protected by new HP branded packaging.
When will I receive my order?
Most Factory Outlet Gold products are shipped the same day that we receive your order. In the unlikely event of there being a lead time, we will notify you as soon as we can.
